Michael is a graduated Media Economist and has been working in the media industry in film finance, production and distribution so far. Michael worked at leading German indie film production and distribution company Kinowelt, later Studiocanal, where he was involved in the marketing and distribution of international and German films and received awards for his work. Michael left Kinowelt in 2009 and joined the film production company MiriquidiFilm as Creative Producer and since then focused its film developments to European fiction Coproductions and Crossmedia. Michael continuously advanced his knowledge at the Mediaschool´s MPBS 2012, iDrops DocJam, Closing the Gap: Investment for 360° content, courses on Transmedia-Producing and Social Media and other courses at EAVE and Eurodoc. Michael has currently several co-production projects in development at MiriquidiFilm.
