Lun Sevnik was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia. While studying at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts (Philosophy/Czech studies), he was accepted to FAMU in Prague. His short film Playing (2019) was selected to San Sebastian IFF and Karlovy Vary IFF and nominated for the best student film at the Czech Lion Awards. He is finishing his graduation short film The Tourist, which was produced by Rok Biček (Cvinger Film, SI) and Radovan Síbrt (Pink, CZ).
