Kristina Jilly
A Hungarian-Australian writer, Kristina fell into screenwriting while working in the corporate sector and was immediately hooked. Kristina has projects in development with production companies in the U.K. and Europe in the crime, thriller and historical drama genres. She was a finalist in the Creative Screenwriting Competition in 2020 and the East Series Pitch at the Odessa International Film Festival in 2019. Keen to see more flawed and complex female-lead characters on screen, Kristina established an organization www.mystorycontent.com to develop stories by and about women in the region. With an MA in screenwriting from Royal Holloway, University of London, Kristina is currently also working as a teacher at FHOÖ university in Austria. She is represented by Fiona Grant at Dench Arnold.
