Dubravka Turic graduated in film and TV editing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb.
Belladona, her first short feature as writer/director/editor, won the Orizzonti Award for the best short film at Venice Film Festival (Mostra) 2015. The film was also in the official selection of Sundance, Rotterdam and many other film festivals.
Cherries, her second short feature, was premiered within Quinzaine des realisateurs at Cannes 2017. The film is currently on its festival tour around the world.
Dubravka has just finished her third short Tina, which is being prepared for distribution.
