Christina grew up in Kiev and studied film at the University of Arts and the University of Westminster in London. Her first short doc ‘Kraina’ was long-listed for the Academy Awards 2017. Her next short film ‘Solatium’ screened at festivals both in Europe and America, while also having been short-listed for the Ukrainian Film Academy awards. At the moment she is finishing the post-production of her first feature doc ‘1991’ focusing on the post-Soviet generation of Ukrainians. Christina has lived and worked in London and Paris, now settling in her native Kiev.
