(born 1976 in Prague) studied Czech language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts of the Charles University (FF UK) and screenwriting and drama theory at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU), where he has also produced several short documentaries focused on the Roma. This year, he has finished shooting a medium-length documentary of his own production entitled Místo nepokoje, which depicts anti-Roma unrests in Varnsdorf as seen by a former but still militant soldier and a young Roma man. He is working for Czech Television as a documentary film-maker and screenwriter. He is also cooperating with various private televisions and production companies. As a screenwriter he collaborated for example on the award-winning screenplay for the Kriminálka Anděl TV crime series.
