The second workshop of TV Launch starts online today

After the first online session in May and intensive work afterwards, the second workshop of our series development program runs from today till July 30.

July 09, 2021 programs

21 participants will continue to work on their projects, shoulder to shoulder with 3 development executive participants, whose involvement in the script-editing process represents an essential part of all sessions.  

Apart from group works, led by acknowledged tutors Gabor Krigler, Ben Morris and Cyril Tysz, the workshop also offers following lectures:

Steve MATTHEWS: So, You Have Written a Great Pilot

Harald HAMRELL: Directing TV-series and Getting Bigger Bang for the Buck

Marike MUSELAERS: Financing European TV Shows: A Peptalk

Michaela SABO: Make Your Pitch Custom-Made

Furthermore, the participants will enjoy individual consultations, a roundtable for producers with producer tutor Nebojsa Taraba, a roundtable for writers with copyright and media lawyer Rudolf Leska or several series analyses

Main focus of the second workshop will be on completing pilot scripts, creating season outlines, as well as production plans, financing strategies, pitching documents, and the role of the director or legal issues of writing will be addressed as well. The series creators and development executive participants will then start to get ready to pitch their projects in November, within the prestigious Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event.
