Wolf Pact

WWII Drama, 1940s, Scottish Highlands North Sea. The officer GERHARD is aboard U-boat 1235, when an allied bomber attacks. Commanded by captain HARTMUT, they shoot down the plane but the U-boat is damaged and Gerhard’s brother RAINER injured. They decide to land and gain supplies. Night. Unarmed, Gerhard and fellow sailors are scouting a village. Searching for medicine, Gerhard is caught by KATE. Gerhard manages to persuade Kate to let him live. Reporting back to Hartmut, Gerhard is tasked to invade the village. Despite Rainer’s condition, Gerhard decides to warn Kate. Kate agrees to keep the invasion a secret, despite feeling like a traitor. Under Gerhard's command the sailors conduct a peaceful invasion of the village. Kate and her neighbours are now only allowed to farm and fish when accompanied by Germans. Margaret tasks Kate's little brother FINLAY to spy on the Germans. (excerpt)
