Rubikon

Rubicon is a story of a 23-year-old girl Hana, who seems to have everything she needs. She has a loving boyfriend, promising future, parents, who are proud of her. Hana realises that she has been missing something. She decides to leave her hometown and to head after her new life in foreign country. Her best friend Júlia, who has been living in Berlin for a long time, offers her the job in a restaurant and some place to stay. Once again, Hana achieves the stage, where she seems to have nothing to complain about. She is in love, popular, feels better. But in the end she finds out, there is always something, she must fight about. „Crossing the Rubicon“ has come to mean the act of passing a critical point of no return. It isn´t just a reference to the well-known historical incident at the river in northern Italy, but also one of the models in motivational psychology, which describes a plan´s various stages of maturation from wish to realization.
