Mircea leaves the hospital in utter shock after the doctors announce him that his life can no longer be saved. He carries around a briefcase containing his lifetime savings that he decides to spend only for satisfying shallow desires. After a long ride in a taxi through town, he encounters a young prostitute with whom he decides to spend the night. As the two arrive at his hotel room, she is disgusted to find out about his illness and decides to leave. He tries to stop her by offering all of his money, but not being able to eventually fulfil his wishes, he will resume to another way of feeling like a million bucks.
