BARTOSZ STASZCZYSZYN – scriptwriter, journalist, movie critic and script consultant. His screenwriting debut was a critically acclaimed spy series, "Illegals" (Canal+ Polska). He also developed war thriller “Krakau” directed by Marcin Krzyształowicz (pre-production). He is a Film Studies graduate of the Jagiellonian University and an alumni of the "Storytelling – The Collaborative Model" course by the Erich Pommer Institut and the Canal+ Series Lab (the 2016 and 2018 editions). In 2019 he participated in TorinoFilmLab Extended- TV Series, developing his teenage horror "The Possessed". As a journalist, he has published hundreds of articles for major Polish newspapers, magazines, and websites. He received a Jury Mention at the Contest for Krzysztof Mętrak Prize for young movie critics. He’s a co-author of a few books about television and cinema. He is also an author of multimedia "Foreigner's Guide to Polish Cinema" awarded at the 21st Annual Webby Awards in 2017.
